I come into this moment now and settle. I settle into my body, my heart, my breath and I let go. I open my hands and let go of what I am holding onto and shed all that is not this present moment. I step into the presence of oneness; the presence within. I open to the inner love song, and write a love letter
What is written in my heart Beloved that I may always remember? What is it that I must always remember which emanates from the golden glow of my soul? What is it that I must always know with the totality of my being? In the bible it says to Love God with your whole heart and to love all others as yourself. Is this the treasure that is the seed of my existence?
Beloved God, infinite and eternal presence of all that is, my heart breaks open in every moment as I see the beauty of this world, this life; the beauty of the eyes into which I gaze and see you; see myself. Is it reckless to be so in love with this life? In love with love. In love with each flower and it’s scent. Reckless to fall in love with even the painful moments, encounters, and challenges because of the depth of understanding that ultimately fills me with such deep healing, awareness and compassion?
Yes, in love with love. Beloved One, All That Is, how can I not fall in love with love, the essence of our being? How can my heart not break open each day, with tenderness at the radiance I see? Is it true? Each moment is a call to see love, to be love; to see you, Beloved, the face of kindness, beauty, stillness, courage, strength, peace, presence, patience in all of life; these are some of your beautiful names, one of your names may be Sam, Peter, Jeshua, Tony, Julie, or Honey. Falling in Love. Seeing suffering and reaching out with infinite tenderness and bringing comfort and hope.
How is it that even that which is not to our liking, or matching our values of right and wrong, also can be emanating that golden glow? It is as much myself as I am. Can the poignancy of this bring an opening in me that has a greater capacity to hold it all? As above so below. I am held by infinite loving awareness. We are not separate; we are the longing and the longed for. This love, this ecstasy, earthen and heavenly, has been rooted in every moment, every breath, every instant of laughter, tears and weeping; in very song and in silence.
To be experiencing this life of loving and being loved, and knowing and remembering this, is the greatest gift for which we are profoundly grateful.
