Let’s settle into our bodies, relax our minds, emotions, muscles, and just be. As we go on a little journey. Let us take a deep dive into the well of Love. Harmony. Beauty. 

Feel each breath just fill your heart; feel an all-pervading presence soften your heart; let it in. Allow a softening of any tensions in your body; breathe away any worries or concerns. 

With each breath, in and out, allow yourself to step into the beauty of who you are. 

Let go of who you think you need to be. Breathe in now and receive the breath of God, the One. Each breath is truly this.  

Savor each breath as your intimate oneness, free of any sense of separation, with the living, loving presence of the Beloved. Yes. Continue breathing now, gently, deeply, knowing you are breathing in the breath of God.

Stay with this for a few breaths; suspend disbelief, as you allow your heart’s imagination to fully embody this awareness, in this moment.  
You can experience and know this now. This is your moment, right here, right now. Now.

There needs to be no waiting.  Awakening can happen in an instant.
Feel yourself open to being held in the purest, safest, unconditional arms of love. You are nurtured, whole, and worthy just as you are.

Let go into this sweet moment; savor the nectar of who you are.  
From this heart-full moment of truth we praise the One Being and offer deep gratitude for this precious gift of life. We live this life knowing we are held in love, that we are love, that the light of the One, shines through us, and all beings. No part left out.  We know this for ourselves. We hold it true, and know it, for all beings.

May this light and love within us ever remind us that we live as the embodied presence of the infinite awareness whose names are myriad, Father-Mother God, Source, Yahweh, Jeshua, Beloved and more.  

We savor how expansively and wholly we are loved; we savor and honor how, expansively and wholly, we are capable of loving.

We know this as a moment of truth.
