Hello God,
First thing I want to say is thank you!
I have a few things I would like some help with now.
I need some help with being less judgmental. I have been pretty hard on myself and I want to be perfect and when I’m not or not perfect in what I do, I get frustrated with myself...
Which, in turn, flows outward. This is part of my essence of wanting to do well/perfect.

God‘s answer,
Does a windswept tree that is bent any less a tree? Does it not add dimension and uniqueness to the forest?
Is a bruised apple any less sweet?
Does a cat with six toes any less of a cat?
Imperfection is part of the essence of the entire universe.
You are perfect in your essence. You are a child of God.
Now your ideals are not wrong.
A quick check on your mindset of expectations might be in order here.
Are you sure you're expecting to be less than perfect?
