This month we are exploring quality of revelation and Rev. Julie has been
guiding us to become aware of what that is and what it may mean in our lives.
The root word of revelation is ‘revel’. If you revel in something, you're not just
pleased or even excited; you are overwhelmed by joy. Perhaps we can ‘revel’ in
our transformation, as the belief in a separate self falls away and the reality of
our oneness is revealed; Perhaps we can celebrate and revel in knowing who we
are as divinely infused beings of love, light and life filled with power and
presence.
Let’s take some moments now to consciously come into and rest in our hearts;
our one heart, our one breath and offer the prayer that could truly be a greatest
prayer; the prayer of revelation; reveling in the unveiling and remembering who
we truly are as the living, loving, divine breath of the Beloved; of God.
Let’s take a moment now, to open to and feel this reality and just settle in;
Breathe, aware of your own heart and then all the hearts around you. Allow a
sense of oneness that is our true nature to take root in our hearts and souls.
Today is not just another day. It is the only day, the only moment now. We are
the glory of all this, the essence of our bodies and the air we breathe.
Can we take that in? Breathing gently, tenderly and yet ever so deeply. Can we
disappear into the sunlight, become the glistening dew drop, be the scent of
cedar, of rose, open to the softness of someone’s hair as you kiss their cheek,
taste the tears on your face as the profound poignancy of life expresses itself.
Can we know all this as our revelation of who we truly are; stunned at poignant
beauty that takes our breath away. Is it possible that we may look into
another’s eyes and see God, and know that the same is shining through our eyes
and is seen? God, knowing God. Is this possible. May we let it be so.

Is it possible that we may let ourselves be rendered speechless and weeping in
any moment, or laughing in astounding revelation of the Beloved’s presence in
all beings, in all life.
Let us see if we can be in touch with this precious moment of knowing and allow
it to break open our hearts.
May our hearts be free to know we are completely and wholly loved and loving
in the oneness of God. May we always remember that the capacity to love is
also our essential nature; May we know, intimately, that every particle of our
being is pure love, is light, is beauty, is a soul song in truth.
May ideas of who we thought we were be shattered into a silence filled with
ever expanding potential to take each step in our lives ‘as’ that love;
Remembering, reveling, walking, into our days fearlessly, infusing all that we do
with this nectar.
As One, we are filled with gratitude for this knowing and this wondrous life to
live.
